Wright Way Herbs Association (d.b.a. Wright Way Herbs LLC)

Wright Way Herbs Association, doing business as Wright Way Herbs LLC, is a Private Member Association (PMA). The right of association for clubs & other organizations such as our PMA has been upheld and honored in every legal dispute, over 80 cases, by the United States Supreme Court.  Other examples of PMA’s you may be familiar with are: NAACP, Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts of America, The BAR Association, The American Medical Association & many more.

By joining Wright Way Herbs, a Private Membership Association (“PMA”) and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Wright Way Herbs PMA, I agree to the terms and conditions of the PMA as follows:

  1. This Association of Members is for all individuals that believe in the power to create and direct their own health using holistic modalities, natural methods, and through creating harmonious and toxin-free environments, all of which contribute to overall health and well-being.
  2. The objective of the PMA is to provide its founders and all PMA members a container in which to freely exchange health information, congregate and to conduct private business. All business and interactions between and among the members are understood to be in the private domain. This Association consists of like-minded members who believe that the Holy Scriptures, Natural Law, Body Sovereignty, the Constitution for The United States of America, and the various constitutions of the several states of the union guarantee our members the rights of: Absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by the aforesaid, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our Creator, our almighty God and guaranteed by the aforesaid.
  3. WE HEREBY at Wright Way Herbs Association declare that our association’s activities with its members fall under “private contracts” in which all private contracts fall outside all State’s statutes.  
  4. We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which Association members they wish to receive from wise counsel or advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to legal, physical, medical, nutritional, and mental health care assistance, and any other matter and to accept from those members any and all counsel and advice that they so desire.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

  • I, of mine own free will and in good faith, and with the capacity to contract privately, hereby enter into this membership agreement with Wright Way Herbs Association, and
  • I hereby accept and acknowledge that there is a lifetime membership fee of $5.00 USD, however further understand that the currency exchanged is given under variation by agreement under International law wherein the currency itself does not create third party obligations against this membership agreement. I understand that to make a purchase from Wright Way Herbs Association  (Wright Way Herbs LLC) I must first be a member and that $5.00 from my first order with Wright Way Herbs Association is automatically applied toward a membership fee. Further, I understand that the membership fee and my agreement with the terms of this document, grant me membership status for Life. I also have the right to end my membership with Wright Way Herbs Association, by email or in writing, at any time of my choosing.
  • I willingly agree to abide by the Wright Way Herbs constitution and Wright Way Herbs by-laws as they are adopted when acting in the capacity of member and further understand that any by-laws adopted shall be adopted for the benefit of the membership and Wright Way Herbs Association mutually and collectively.
  • Privacy and Protection of Wright Way Herbs and its members are the upmost of importance. Private discussions, notes, conversations and consulting with and between Wright Way Herbs Members will be kept in confidence and remain internal to Wright Way Herbs Association.
  • I am in full understanding that information that is obtained and/or learned is under non-disclosure in accordance with the By-Laws of the PMA wherein any information is not to be shared with any business or government person/entity outside of this membership without written consent of the Wright Way Herbs Association Trustee.
